Shorewest, REALTORS® Marketing Director Wendy Norem named a Chief Marketing Officer of the Year by the Milwaukee Business Journal

Wendy Norem, Assistant Vice President and Marketing Director won the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of the Year Award from the Milwaukee Business Journal. The CMO award is a part of the C-Suite awards which honors top chief financial officers, chief marketing officers, chief information officers and top corporate counsel, along with recognizing the Executives of the year for 2015.

Each winner was chosen by the Milwaukee Business Journal editors based on accomplishments in the office and work in the community. The awards will be presented on July 22 at the Pfister Hotel and the winners will be profiled in the July 22 issue of the Milwaukee Business Journal.

Wendy joined Shorewest in 1997, shortly after their rebranding from Wauwatosa Realty to Shorewest, REALTORS®. She is responsible for a staff of 12 in the Marketing Department. She is also the Marketing Director for all of Shorewest’s family of companies including Heritage Title Services, Wisconsin Mortgage Corporation and My Dwelling Inc.

Through her 19 years at Shorewest, Wendy has developed marketing standards and custom marketing campaigns for 1,000 associates in 23 offices to maintain the brand company-wide. Sales associates are the company’s number-one resource. To help them achieve greater success, Wendy makes sure to provide them all the necessary tools, services and support they need to market and brand themselves successfully.
